Reserve Your Date
Are you unsure which frame size or design style you prefer yet? That’s completely okay, as a bride, you have a lot going on. Our Save Your Date deposit lets you secure your place on our preservation calendar while you take your time choosing the perfect frame, layout, and color.
We accept only a limited number of bouquets each week to ensure every piece receives the care and attention it deserves, so reserving your date guarantees your blooms will have a dedicated spot.
About 4-5 weeks before your wedding, we’ll be in touch so we can order your frame in advance and ensure everything is ready when your flowers arrive. Once your flowers arrive, we’ll guide you through final selections and help you choose the design layout that best fits your bouquet and vision.
Your deposit is applied toward your final frame choice, and the remaining balance will be due when we receive your bouquet. This is the easiest way to ensure your flowers are beautifully preserved, even if you’re still deciding on the details.

Shipping or Delivery
Ship your bouquet or drop it off at our Axtell, Nebraska studio or at one of our partner locations in Kearney, Nebraska, within 48 hours of your event for the best results. Keep it in water in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

Once your flowers arrive, we press or dry them depending on your chosen style (pressed frame or shadow box).
approval & completion
Before we finish, you’ll receive a preview of your design to approve. Once you give the go-ahead, we’ll finalize your keepsake and prepare it for delivery.
